CLIENT: VIAVISION, 2022-
Mike Kenwood and myself,
co-authors of The Callan File: The Definitive Companion and
Sweeney! The Official Companion, were commissioned by the
Australian home media company ViaVision to record six audio
commentaries, for their 'Ultimate Collection' DVD box sets of these
seminal British TV series.
We recorded audio tracks
for Callan's pilot, the Armchair Theatre play 'A Magnum
for Schneider' (1967), as well as 'The Same Trick Twice' (1970) from
Series Three. For The Sweeney, we recorded an audio commentary
for one episode in each of its four series (1975-78).
