In November 2024, I
photographed ex-Sex Pistol and Rich Kid, Glen Matlock, at the
Brickmakers in Norwich (left). He was supported by
Kathy Valentine, formerly the bassist in all-girl American new wave
band The Go-Gos. She's now pursuing a successful solo career (above
left).
In April 2023, in the Nick
Raynes Lower Common Room at the University of East Anglia – again, in
Norwich – I shot the UK’s original punk band, The Damned, fronted by
the ever suave Dave Vanian (below left). Later the same year,
I photographed Oldham psychedelics, Inspiral Carpets, in Norwich’s
Epic Studios (above). They were supported by local spacerockers Floral Image (above
right).
